Vanilla-brownies or blonde brownies currently have my whole- family's heart. they are for the lazy days when your are craving something sweet. One-bowl, and easily available ingredients is all it requires. ONE BOWL!!
Perfectly gooey, perfectly choclatey treat for all with a big sweet tooth like me.

It is a pretty forgivable recipe. And any ingredient can be swapped for desirable one. So it can be converted into a gluten-free recipe, vegan and the list goes on.
* I used a baking tray because i did not have an 8x8 pan
For 16 squares
INGREDIENTS
3T (45gm) oil*
1 egg, or chia egg or flax egg**
1/2 cup+3T (132gm) brown sugar
1t vanilla extract
1t baking powder
3/4 cup (96gm) all-purpose flour***
1/2t salt
2-3T milk of choice
1/2 cup (90gm) chocolate chunks
1/4 cup (45gm) chocolate chips (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 350F. Line an 8x8 baking tray with parchment.
2. Mix together oil, sugar and egg till no lumps are left. Add in your vanilla and mix well.
3. Sift in baking powder, flour and salt and mix well. Add milk as required
4. Fold in your chocolate chunks gently.
5. Transfer the batter to your lines pan, sprinkle some chocolate chips on top of your batter if desired and bake for 30mins.
6. Let it cool down for 10mins before taking it out of your pan.
NOTES
* You can use vegetable oil, or coconut oil or me
** Chia egg- mix 1T of chia seeds with 2.5T of water
Flax egg- mix 1T of flax meal with 2.5T of water
*** Use gluten-free flour like oat flour for gluten-free version
