This is an old recipe, I just reshot the pics and tweaked the writing a bit.

Are you sick of eating boring extremely sweet and greasy brownies? because I sure am.... They just never seem to be right, always sickeningly sweet and too.... well greasy. I feel like I'd never had a perfect brownie before this.

So What Do You Need To Make These Brownies?

An 8"x8" baking tin, eggs, white sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, any flavorless oil, vanilla extract, and some milk, and optional chocolate chunk, espresso powder, walnuts, and flaky salt... It might seem much, but trust me, these are just some basics.

It can also very easily be doubled and baked in a 9"x13" pan

These Cocoa brownies are super easy to make and they will be ready before you know it.

  • Whipping eggs and sugar- Whip your room temp egg and sugars till light and fluffy and doubled in volume, this ensures a signature crackly top.

  • Mixing all the ingredients - Then add oil, vanilla extract, salt, milk, and dry ingredients. Then mix in the walnuts and chocolate

  • Bake- Pour the batter into an 8"x8" inch tin lined with parchment and non-stick spray and top with some extra walnuts and bake for 30-35 minutes

Yield: 16 pieces

INGREDIENTS:

2 large eggs

1/2 cup Vegetable oil

2T Milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup+2T (225g) Granulated sugar*

1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder, sifted if lumpy

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

3/4 teaspoons sea salt

1/2 cup Toasted Walnuts

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Lightly spray with cooking spray and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment. Spray the parchment paper.

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whip together eggs and sugar until almost doubled in size. Then add in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract and mix once again.

  3. In the same bowl, sift the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Using a spatula gently mix the batter till no streaks of flour can be seen. DO NOT OVERMIX THE BATTER.

  4. Add in your chocolate chips walnuts and gently mix using a spatula.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake the brownies for 30-35 minutes.

  6. Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes.

  7. De-mold them and finish cooling for at least 1 hour before cutting them
